Questions
Is it really free?
Sending is free: flowers, a card and a link, with no account. A song or a 30-second voice note is ₹10 each, and you are asked before anything is added.
How long does a card last?
Until you delete it. You can also send it later: seal it until a day and time you pick, for free.
Can they hear a song?
Yes, for ₹10. Search for a song and pick the part that plays, or paste a Spotify, YouTube or Apple Music link. Searching and listening is free.
Can I get a refund?
No. Extras are small, instant, one-time purchases and all sales are final, so check what you are adding before you pay. Sending a card is free and is never charged. Payments are processed by Razorpay.
Can I see if they opened it?
Yes, on your private page: how many times, and when it was first opened. Not who.
